This hotel is where the majority of us will be staying for the weekend as it is in the same area as our welcome party and the only hotel that will run a shuttle to and from the wedding! If our hotel block fills and you have trouble booking through the link attached, please text our wedding number.

Saturday shuttle to the wedding will pick up promptly at 3:45pm and will return at 9 and 10pm. There is only one shuttle each way so please plan accordingly!

This hotel is approximately 5 minutes from the Kingsley area, so it’s extremely easy to get to welcome party on Friday and park here for the shuttle on Saturday. We do have a room block here as well if you use the link. If using the shuttle Saturday night, please see above for schedule. If parking at Runde Park, see “schedule” tab for shuttle times.

Parking and Transportation

Saturday, September 27th Shuttle Schedule

  • If parking/staying at the Courtyard Charlotte Fort Mill hotel, you will have one shuttle that runs from the hotel to the Hillman residence—
    Pick Up: 3:45pm, please arrive early as the bus will leave promptly.
    Return: 9 and 10pm

  • If deciding to drive your own car, you will need to park at Runde Park in Tega Cay (less than 1 mile to Hillman residence) and take our shuttle to the wedding.
    Pick Up: Begins at 3:50pm and will be back at park every 10 minutes until 4:20pm
    Return: Begins at 9pm and runs until 10:15pm.

Remember, there is no parking at the Hillman Residence, so the only other alternative is to be dropped off/picked up or request a ride service!
